Deep, restful sleep.
Awakening to the realization that it is a new, beautiful day, full of opportunities for me to meet new, exciting, friendly people, explore new areas of my hometown, knowing that I am being productive and contributing to my well being.
I shall do God's will every day by living in a peaceful, thoughtful, respectful, and humorous manner.
Shall no matter big or small be made too serious and too restless for me to handle.
I shall have a solid grip on my life from this day forward and exert nothing but confidence.
